Stores are listed in alphabetical order, and I have included shipping information and price ranges. Price ranges are based on the average price per yard for most fabrics (in USD).

Britex Fabrics is has been a San Francisco landmark since 1952. Browse their store for beautiful, high quality fabrics, including Italian imports. This is one of my favorite shops when I want to treat myself. Stop by if you're ever in San Fransisco, it's a beautiful store!

CaliFabrics is a family-owned fabric shop specializing in knit fabrics, sequin fabrics, denim, twill, faux furs, and more! I love their double-brushed poly knits. This is one of my go-to fabric shops these days.

They prioritize renewable fabric made of natural fibers, with a focus on eco-certified fabrics manufactured by responsible producers. Denver fabrics offers discount apparel fabric of all kinds! They also offer home decor fabric and fabric by the bolt. Be sure to check them out because their list of different fabrics is extensive.

Fabric Mart specializes in closeout fashion fabrics with a store in Sinking Spring, PA. They offer a variety of fabrics at big discounts and even have $1.99/yard fabrics! In addition, Fabric Mart has a monthly swatch club called Julie's Picks. I am a subscribed to Julie's Picks and really enjoy the monthly swatches and special discounts, with first access to the featured fabrics.

Fabric Snob is Canadian fabric store located in Manitoba. You can visit their store or order online. They have a great selection of quality knits, especially for cozy t-shirt or athletic wear. They also offer a woven fabrics, quilting cotton, notion and an A0 printing service for you sewing patterns.

Hawthorne Supply Co. offers a selection of modern fabric by the yard, indie sewing patterns, thread, and wallpaper. Find beautiful fabrics from suppliers like Art Gallery, Cloud 9, Cotton + Steel, Free Spirit, Micheal Miller, and many more!

Joel & Son provide high-end fabrics, trimming, buttons and dressmaking materials. They are couture fabric specialists that carry gorgeous fabrics and serve Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II. They have a store in London, United Kingdom, but ship worldwide. Pop into their store if you're in London; their customer service is exceptional.

Liberty is especially known for their iconic prints and Tana Lawn™ cotton and luxurious silk, and also offer other gorgeous fabrics for bespoke creations of all kinds. Liberty is a well-known department store in London. If you are in London, you must check out their fabric! Their fabric is relatively expensive, but it's luxurious and a real treat. You can also find Liberty fabric sold on Fabric.com and other online retailers.

Linton Tweeds is a luxury textile mill located in England near the Scottish border. They produce extremely high quality tweeds that are used by many designers. If you're looking for fabric to make a Chanel style jacket, look no further!

Minerva Crafts boasts the biggest and best selection of fabric, knitting, haberdashery and crafts products in the UK, and at affordable prices. While they are located in the UK, they offer fast shipping to the US at a great rate.

Mood Designer Fabrics (NYC) is famous for their appearance in Project Runway. Mood also has a store Los Angeles. They carry a wide variety of fabrics, but they can be in the upper-mid price point, depending on the fabric. I love look through their boucles, brocade, and beaded fabrics. Mood offers a swatch box subscription (check out my YouTube channel for reviews). Be sure to check out their sale section for great finds!​

Promenade Fine Fabrics is a small family business and independent fabric store in New Orleans, Louisiana. They offer high quality fabrics, ribbon, trims and buttons. Their fabrics are on the pricier side, but they are wonderful and often unique! If you are ever in NOLA, be sure to visit them.

Purpleseamstress is a small online ship for knit fabric run by a lady named Melinda Dozal. It's a smaller online shop, but still a great source for knit fabric, especially brushed poly. Purpleseamstress also has a Fabric Facebook page that is updated weekly with new items and sales!

Surge Fabric Shop is another great source for knits and a variety of apparel fabrics at great prices, especially active wear fabric. Surge is definitely one of my go-to shops!

Vogue Fabrics has a great selection, including coutil for corsets. They also have a store in Evanston, Illinois (Chicago area) and offer a fabric swatch subscription (check out my YouTube for fabric swatch catalog reviews). They have a sale section that has some great stuff, including some of favorite ponte di roma knit.

Yardblox is a great source for beautiful deadstock designer fabric, as well as high quality sustainable fabric. You can get fabric from designers such as Diane von Furstenberg, Liberty, and Zimmerman. They also offer free swatches. Great prices for luxurious fabrics! Worldwide delivery available.
